Am currently downloading obscure late 70's space disco in preparation for tonight (I'm djing here, folks, do come! http://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/event.php?eid=104771919554183&ref=ts ). Gosh, is there anything more exciting than discovering (or DISCOvering, ha) amazing forgotten music for the first time, and knowing you are going to be able to share it with others and hopefully they will like it too? Well, yes, but it's definitely up there. Not even the fact I currently have a killer headache is dampening my joy all that much!

oh god I love space disco. Make sure you get "Ahjia" by Kano and "The Force" by The Droids.

Sorry to read you've been having a rough time of late. I haven't seen you for ages, which sucks. Won't be able to come along tonight as I'm stone cold broke but I'm thinking of you and I think a catch-up is long overdue. xxx
