Ooh, whats this? my journal appears to have taken on a rather tastful colour scheme again, rather than that awful blue/grey combo it was sporting last week. Ta, Choe *hugs*.

(note: no offence to people who choose to decorate thier journals in blue/grey colour schemes intended. You tasteless fools...)

Well, got back from Rome yesterday. And i have to say, it is  seriously overated. Before i went, everyone told me how beautiful it would be. It's NOT! Yeah, the foods nice and I suppose looking at all the rose/peach painted flats makes a nice change from the semi-detatched house lined suberbs i'm used to seeing, but overall, Rome is just as scummy as good old London. Possibly more so, there was so much litter/graffiti/pools of vomit/rats... still, at least it meant that I didnt feel too homesick, as did the way that almost everysingle pop song i heard was by a british or american act (including Blazing Squad... proof that Italians aren't the style gods/goddesses they're made out to be). Simon and Garfunkle were particulaly popular...

Just one last thing before I go...my birthday picnic is no longer being held on my birthday, contrary to what the invataions that Sofi sent old said. It will probably be held a week or so later, just as soon as everyone stops being jet-lagged/panicking over 6th form...

and is it ok if the people who are reading this, tell the people who dont read this, but who are still invited to said picnic (Marlene/Nevy/Ellie/Emily/Chili, etc), about the rescheduling if they see them over the next couple of weeks? Ta muchly.
