(no subject)

Just a quick note to say my mobile phone is officially dead (or at least in a severe coma), so please, no one try to call/text it until further notice. On the upside, I now have a legitemite excuse to go phone shopping and spend more money. Can anyone recomend/warn of any particular phones/networks? ta.

Also, is any one going to the sussex uni open day tomorrow?

Don't get any of the Three mobiles. Cute as their ad campaign may be, on average their battery lasts about 5 hours or so, and they're clunky and unreliable with it. Don't get anything on T Mobile either, they must be the least reliable network ever in terms of signal, actually sending you text messages, etc.

I have one of these

Its quite big, but it's cheap, and covers all the essentials very well. Mine is on O2 as well, which is a reliable network if abit expensive.

don't get an orange phone, they plans are way expensive..don't get 3 cuz it's very bad signal and if you get a pay as you go on 3 they take your money away if you haven't used it all within a month (I.e you have 3 squid left at the month and they take it off)...I got t-mobile pay monthly and is a really good plan, however I got it by threatening to them that I was going to leave the network cuz they cut my text without telling me, but gave me more free text and the phone I wanted that wasn't orginally with the price plan...but I looked at their recently plans and they ain good, however I don't have a problem with signal like chloe states.....
