So. Itexted him yestersay, more out of curiosity than anything else, just to see if he would reply. And he did (albeit several hours later).

But what did he say?

did he reply:
"look, I think your gorgeous and everything, but it's probably never going to work between us. The age gap is just too great, it wouldn't be right. Besides, I live too far away".

like any sensible bloke would?

Did he heck.

"Good evening sophia. Lovely to meet you last night.. Would like to meet up when i'm next in town. It might be quite soon.. Do you mind if i call you? Night.."

Ooh, cripes.

shall i meet him again? would it be ridiculously stupid/naieve/foolish of me to do so, baring in mind the age gap (though it is considerably smaller than the one between me and the first guy that evening. Now that was just ick.)?

I've given it thought and I think you should do what you think is right. People have different views on age difference. The other thing is the living too far away thing...that's not a plausible excuse...distance is not a problem, it shouldn't be anyway :/

I'd say 'Why did you give me/let me give your/my number if you were thinking it wouldn't work?'.

Keep updating please! :)
