The hot water is not working. I don't know why, or how much or the building it's affected, or who I should complain to, or how long its going to last, but I do know that i can't have a bath, wash my face, or even do the bloody washing up properly. I'm cold and stinky with a sink full of dirty dishes. And I am NOT happy about it. Grrrr.
