it's when two rows of rings are placed down your back (or tummy, or side, or arm), that can then have a ribbon laced through them, thus literally making your own skin in to a corset: http://www.monsterinkengland.com/cdata/22266/img/22266_652768t.jpg

i really like them, and think they could look good on you, but also think they might be incredibly painful as you dont have a lot of spare flesh.....

I'm afraid I don't like the sound of them. Having said that it wouldn't be me having it done. Makes me feel very squeamish though.

But I think they would look good on you Soph.

Only think that concerns me is that you've no experience with piercings at all, and if you're planning to get, what, 10 or 12? Piercings down you're back (which, being surface piercings, and a place you''ll undoubtly have covered most of the day, can't really reach to clean and will sleep on), then it might be a bit awkward.

Corset piercings are notoriously difficult.
