Jan. 31st, 2007 03:19 pmPlagued by a sugar craving on the early part of this morning, I made myself a syrup sponge pudding, using a ridiculously easy recipe I found on the internet, which, due to the fact you microwave rather than steam it, is virtually impossible to fuck up, even with my sloppy first-time-haveing-to-cook-for-herself student cooking skills. If you're feeling extra decadent you could serve yours with some extra thick double cream. Yum!
