gaaahhhhh, I think I must be the shyest person in all of london land.

 

Theres nothing like being thrown into a new environment filled with people you are going to see regularly over the next few weeks to remind you what a socially retarded individual you are.

 

So today was my first day as a bear builder. Managed to get there just about on time (having been God knows how late to meet Chloe earlier that morning), and Nicola gave me a hug and started introducing me to everyone: "This is Charlie, this is Davidson, this is Beth...", and they're all like, "Hi Sophia, nice to meet you" and im just like, *squeaks and curls up into a ball, all awkard and shy and unable to think of anything to say*. God knows what they all thought of me :(. The wierd thing is, I actually thought I had been getting more confident recently, but today as the shyest I had felt in quite a while. My period also (rather selfishly, I thought) chose to start today, so I have been feeling all nausiuos and crampy, which isn't nice. And the teddy stuffing machine spat white fluff all over me. Hmph. But Im sure tomorrow will be better. I hope.

On the upside though, the pretty boy I met at bohemia on Saturday texted me today, which made me happy.

Ahh, Fluff, you probably have been gaining more confidence, but when one is chucked into a totally band spanking new situation which is busy and noisy and, lets face it, intimidating, you're bound to curl up into a small ball and scream "Run away!". You're no more socially retarded than the rest of us. :)

Yayyy pretty boys at genuine are always exciting! Whats he like/name etc..fill me in on all the juicy details ;)!

Ah yes. The curse of the period! I have been distressfully waiting for mine to happen for TWO weeks....and when it finaly does I am so overjoyed I forget how much pain I am in and how I can't even take a step without being in excruciating pain. So yes! Boo to girl problems.

Oh dont worry hun, im really shy to sometimes. Depends what mood Im in. people are used to it tho, alot of people are shy and alot of people act confident. And plus its the hormones making ur moods change too...heing introuded to alot of people at a time can be very demanding so its hard to react in a confident manner sometimes. If theyre nice people they wont judge you for it.
